May Mission Prayer Focus - Seeds of the Heart Ministry	Pray for the 2 established churches - in Ulaanbaatar and in Khovd, Mongolia – for spiritual growth and new members. Ask the Lord to show them how to reach more doctors with the Gospel and to disciple them effectively.
Tooth Brushes	Tooth brushes are a big need for the shoe boxes and we’d like to make MAY the month to collect them. Walmart has a pack of 6 for $1 and they are good! (Equate brand - Both Adult and Children’s SOFT) Let’s overflow the tub by the front door in May.
Shoe Box YARD SALE	If anyone has any items you no longer need we would be grateful to receive them for the Memorial Day Yard Sale, May 20th (set-up day) - May 25th. If you could bring them to the location [in Salkum- directly across from the library] on the 20th between 9:30am-3:30pm that would be great. Or contact Becky at 360-880-2726 with any questions. Women’s Ministry	Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the time to come.  She opens her mouth with wisdom and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.  Prov. 31:25-26 Events this month:  Friday, May 22, 11:00: Lunch Bunch meet at the Great Wall Chinese restaurant(2917 Hwy 12, Silver Creek). Spring Cleaning!	Ladies, earn credit toward your retreat fee while helping spruce up the church on Saturday, May 30. For more info, contact Cristina Nicholson, 253-507-6161.
May 24 Potluck	On Sunday, May 24, pastor candidate Marcus McDaniel will preach at Shoestring, and then he and his family will join us for a potluck after the service.
Note:	May 17 is the last day of Sunday school classes until fall.
