Youth Camp	The next youth event will be Saturday, August 8th from 3-8pm at the Ternans’ house. We will be doing a service project there, followed by food and games.

August Mission Prayer Focus	Partners Pray for Breakthroughs in Central Asia. Our group of ministry partners asks prayer for the Holy Spirit to open hearts and minds to God’s truth. They ask for prayer to find Persons of Peace and that new Discovery Bible Groups will begin and grow, and for multiplication of disciples.

Annual Church Picnic	Sunday, August 16 - 10 am Sunday morning service is happening outdoors at the Larson farm, Followed by water baptisms in the nearby river, And a delicious potluck! Baptized?	If you're a follower of Jesus and have not been baptized, the Church Picnic is a great time & place to do so! Please reach out to one of the Elders if you'd like to be baptized!

New Member Candidates	God is building his body at Shoestring: Erik Hansen Fran Huntington Brooke Johnson Ben & Alissa Larson Sherry Moses TJ & Stephanie Williams have taken the important step of applying to become members of Shoestring. As stipulated by our constitution, the congregation now has two weeks for input.

August Shoebox Item	SHOEBOX ministry’s “most wanted” and “most needed” item for August is washcloths. Costco has a 24-pack for $15.99 if you shop there, or Walmart’s are okay too. Thank you kindly.
