Next Steps

Next Steps - What to Expect at Shoestring Church

The second thing you’ll expect is that people will want to get to know you. It’s rare for someone to visit our church and not be welcomed. We want you to feel welcomed. So take some time to fill out our connection card and hand it to our pastor, he would love to talk with you after the service.

The third thing you’ll expect is not feeling plugged in right away. We understand, visiting a new church is overwhelming. Many people that visit churches for the first time are looking for a place to plug in. This is why we have events throughout the week. We want to encourage you to reach out to our leadership. We want to encourage you to join one of our Bible studies or home groups. This will help you get to know more people and also be able to study God’s word in community.

If you have any questions, please reach to pastor Mark or one of our leaders. We look forward to getting to know you

Starting Point

Home Groups

Home groups are a great way to dive deeper into God’s word and learn the dynamics of the community at Shoestring Valley Community Church.

Our home groups meet at a variety of times and days throughout the week. We believe it is a priority that our home groups are multi generational. We encourage both young and old to meet together to encourage one another and study scripture together.

If you are looking to get plugged in to Shoestring Valley Community Church we would encourage you to speak to our leadership about plugging in to one of our home groups.
